Dutch payments network TerraPay has teamed up with Small World Money Transfer, a provider of cross-border money transfer services, to enhance mobile wallet services across Senegal.

The collaboration aims to help the Wave Wallet account holders directly receive remittances into their wallets through instant bank transfers from the EU and UK, using Small World Money Transfer.

The partnership centres around the hurdles Senegalese expatriates face in sending money back home, leaving customers yearning for a more convenient and secure alternative.

It addresses the challenges, enabling an easy, secure, accessible, and instant solution for customers sending money to their loved ones in Senegal, said the Dutch payments company.
