• Advisory – typically involving a review of an institution’s risk policies, methodologies, systems or processes and helping them to devise a forward looking strategy
• Implementation – providing strategic advice, project management and business analysis resources in connection with risk systems implementations. We also have an IT development capability
• Modelling and model validation – for example, rating models, models for stress testing and potential future exposure
• Policy development – for example, policies on risk measurement and collateral management
