Business Systems Invest in Compliant ‘Mobile Phone Recording’ Technology

The investment has been primarily fuelled by the growing need for customers to record mobile phones as well as landlines. In the last quarter Business Systems has received a substantial increase in enquires for this type of solution, particularly from within the finance and banking community.

The solution is unique, offering a high degree of flexibility and can be delivered in whichever way the customer wants it, either “on-premise” using the organisations existing recording system or as a hosted service within the telecoms network via OPEX Hosting’s mobile telephony platform. The solution automatically records all calls for those mobile phones that are registered to the service and calls are available for immediate replay via secure access.

The technology provided by Compliant Phones meets two market needs. The first being the growing requirement that is being fuelled by mobile and home workers. The second is the move towards “fixed to mobile” devices, which is gathering interest and pace, this technology will play an important part in the seamless provision of full functionality across the infrastructure and can be delivered cost effectively.

OPEX Hosting is due to further increase capacity by purchasing an additional 1,000 lines for use at two of their hosting sites designed specifically to handle the Compliant Phones application whilst providing platform resilience.
