Viseca Card Services, a Switzerland-based credit card issuer, has signed a new agreement with First Data, to implement First Data's travel and expense (T&E) portal for its new business card offering.

First Data said that the web-based T&E portal will be marketed to small and medium sized companies in Switzerland and to the existing corporate customers in the future.

First Data’s T&E portal enables corporate customers to access transaction information at individual or company level and improve expense administration.

The portal, with automated self-registration process, can be integrated into card issuers’ existing processes and communication workflows and features a web-based business intelligence suite and single interface for all commercial card types including MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Diners.

The integrated electronic statement solution enables customers to view transactions on current and previous month’s statements at individual cardholder or company level for enhanced tracking and control of company expenses.

In 2004, First Data and Viseca Card Services, a part of the Aduno Group entered into payment processing services partnership.

First Data Germany managing director George Zafirakis said that the expanded agreement will enable Viseca to offer its corporate customers an intelligent solution that can help to optimize business spending.

“We look forward to leveraging some of the other payment solutions in our portfolio to support Viseca throughout our long-term cooperation,” Zafirakis said.
