Torrey Pines Bank opens office in Los Angeles

Torrey Pines Bank, a subsidiary of Western Alliance Bancorporation, has opened a full-service banking office in downtown Los Angeles.

Initially, the office will be staffed with a team of eight commercial bankers, led by Paul Donaldson, who has over 25 years experience in financial services industry.

Donaldson was employed by California Bank & Trust for 10 years, prior to joining Torrey Pines Bank. Most recently, he served as regional manager/SVP of the Orange County and Los Angeles region at California Bank & Trust.

Western Alliance Bancorporation chairman and CEO Robert Sarver said that his firm sees a great opportunity in the Los Angeles market for their unique banking model which provides customers with direct access to senior decision makers who know them and the market.
