US-based Team Capital Bank has selected Open Solutions' DNA enterprise-wide relational data processing platform. The bank will implement DNA in an outsourced environment.
According to Open Solutions, built on a centralized Oracle relational database, its DNA solution provides the flexibility necessary for running a service-oriented financial institution.
Available as an in-house or outsourced solution, the DNA solution helps banks streamline both front- and back-office processes and creates a centralized view of customers, employees and business partners.
In addition to DNA, Team Capital Bank also purchased Open Solutions’ tMagic Teller Capture, ISeDeposit, CMC, cView; financial accounting suite (FAS); and several digital document solutions, including eImage, eReceipts, eReports and eStatements.
Ghan Desai, executive vice president and CIO at Team Capital, said: “Once we implement DNA, our team will have quick and easy access to customer data, enabling them to even better serve our growing customer base. The nimbleness of the platform will assist us in adding new products and offering relevant services to our customers.
“With tMagic, we’ll be adding a scanner to each PBO station and, as a result, we’ll be able to leverage real-time item processing, cutting down on float time, fees and improving the accuracy of each transaction. Additionally, the DNA platform gives us the opportunity to add advanced capabilities and solutions, such as mobile banking.
