Summit State Bank, a bank holding company, has announced that John Lewis, the bank's CEO and chairman, will retire as CEO with effect from March 1, 2008.
Mr Lewis will continue as chairman of the bank and Terrance Davis, president and COO, will function as interim CEO while a search for a replacement CEO is being conducted by the board of directors.
