S&T Bancorp (S&T) said that it is moving into the final phase of the Integrity Bank integration.

Branches throughout central Pennsylvania, currently operating under the name Integrity Bank – a Division of S&T Bank, will make the name change to S&T Bank by Sept. 5.

Upon completion of the S&T Bancorp, Inc. and Integrity Bancshares, Inc. merger on March 4, 2015, Integrity Bank became an operating division of S&T Bank, expanding S&T's geographic footprint eastward across Pennsylvania to include Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, and York counties.

"We are very proud of our highly successful merger with Integrity Bank. Our partnership has been based on similarities in our cultures, the way we approach business, and our commitment to community," said Todd D. Brice, president and chief executive officer of S&T Bank. "Together, we have built upon the reputation and trust Integrity established throughout central Pennsylvania, and we look forward to continuing to serve customers with the same high-quality products and services they have come to expect."

As Integrity branches undergo the name change, customers will not need to change a thing. All customer accounts will remain the same, with no interruption to bank activities. Customers may continue use of their debit/ATM cards and checks. New cards will be issued upon expiration of the existing cards and reordered checks will feature the S&T Bank name.

Earlier this year, S&T Bank celebrated its 115-year anniversary.

"We continue to demonstrate that we're moving in the right direction, following a proven strategy," said Brice. "We have the history, vision, products, services, market presence, and most importantly, the people and culture, to continue our profitable growth."
