UK-based SMA Financial, the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (Swift) regional partner for UK, Eire, Channel Islands and the Nordics, has completed Swift’s annual certification process and has renewed its Swift regional partner label for 2010. SMA has also been awarded the SwiftReady Services and SwiftReady Connectivity accreditations.

SMA has been a Swift regional partner for five years and is responsible for providing new and existing customers with a range of Swift products and services including alliance access, alliance entry, alliance starter set, alliance RMA, alliance gateway, alliance webstation, CCI Screenflow over Swift, exceptions and investigations, funds, target2-securities and solutions integration.

According to the SMA, the SwiftReady Services label is re-evaluated each year and requires that partners meet specific technical and functional qualification criteria.

SMA’s service bureau has also been awarded the latest SwiftReady Connectivity Best Practice label, the highest accreditation available for providers of outsourced bureau solutions.
