Scout Investment Advisors, a subsidiary of UMB Financial, has appointed Andrew Iseman as its new CEO. He will report to Peter deSilva, president and COO of UMB Financial.
Iseman will be responsible to set overall strategic direction, sales and distribution, client services, investment management, operations and compliance of Scout Investment Advisors.
Iseman, who has more than 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, has served as COO for RK Capital Management in Denver in his previous role.
Prior to that, Iseman served as Janus Capital Group’s COO. He also held several other leadership positions in various Janus subsidiaries.
deSilva said that Iseman’s experience will prove very beneficial to Scout and the company will be relying on Iseman to help it accelerate the growth over the coming years.
