Rosenblatt Securities has selected NYSE Technologies' SuperFeed market data product for its global data feed service.

SuperFeed is a market data ticker plant and distribution system with microsecond latency. It is comprised of NYSE Technologies’ Feed Handler Suite, Data Fabric middleware, SFTI networking capabilities, and managed services.

NYSE Technologies claims that with its SuperFeed product, Rosenblatt can now more cost effectively offer its pre- and post-trade transaction cost analysis tools to customers, using data from its global exchanges, alongside data from all other major markets in the US, Europe and Asia.

SuperFeed provides data to Rosenblatt’s cloud-based ticker plant, allowing the firm to cut the cost of data storage and enhance its ability to retrieve and compute data. Rosenblatt will also use SuperFeed to support its Imbalance Tracker, a real-time, customizable view of supply and demand in individual securities around the open and close of trading.

Richard Rosenblatt, CEO of Rosenblatt Securities, said: “Our industry-leading transaction-cost analysis requires huge quantities of data delivered through high-performance, reliable systems, and we are delighted with the results we’re getting using SuperFeed. NYSE Technologies’ solution gives us the performance and flexibility we need, while allowing us to reduce our data acquisition costs. SuperFeed is an important component of our cloud computing technology efforts.”
