Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union has inked a multi-year agreement with Online Resources Corporation to implement its Architect digital banking solution.

The US based credit union, which mainly operates in Texas, serves more than 400,000 members and owns over $5bn assets under management.

The new digital banking platform is expected to provide an exceptional digital banking experience to its customers, claims the credit union.

RBFCU senior vice president Mary O’Rourke said that the firm has chosen ORCC because of its solution’s integration capabilities with third-party providers and their proven experience.

"Our institution has rapidly grown over the last five years, adding more than 150,000 new members. It was imperative that our online banking platform meet our current and future members’ needs, and Architect offers us the configurability and flexibility to do so," Rourke said.

Apart from offering new advanced functionality for both retail and small business services within a single, extensible platform, the new Architect will cater full control to easily add or develop their own new and innovative features as new trends or needs emerge as well as manage new configuration and administration as user adoption increases, RBFCU said.
