Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) in partnership with Mannai Air Travel has launched its first worldwide pre-paid travel card.
QIB said the card is not limited to its customers but all travelers and can be used in any sales outlets or ATMs worldwide where Master Cards are accepted.
Customers can obtain the pre-paid travel cards across 28 branches of QIB as well as kiosks in shopping malls in Qatar as well as Mannai Air Travel offices.
Customers will be able to load the card with three kinds of currency i.e. US Dollars, Euro or UK Pounds and can use it for online purchases.
QIB acting CEO Ahmad Meshari said the pre-paid travel card is the newest addition to QIB Retail products. Issued in collaboration with Mannai Air Travel, it is an added value for customers on both sides as expense management gains momentum as a key factor in the travel industry.
