Spain-based Promotora de Informaciones (PRISA) has appointed Citi's Global Transaction Services business as its depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programs.

PRISA’s ADR programs consist of ADRs representing Class A ordinary shares, which trade under the symbol PRIS, and Class B convertible non-voting shares, which trade under the symbol PRIS.B. Both trade on the NYSE, and each ADR represents four ordinary shares.

PRISA CEO and chairman of the executive commission Juan Luis Cebrian said that PRISA is committed to providing value to ADR holders and enhancing PRISA’s investor base, and look forward to leveraging Citi’s strong track record and best-in-class services to achieve this goal.
