Pink OTC Markets, a provider of inter-dealer electronic quotation and trading system in the over-the-counter (OTC) securities market in the US, has appointed Todd Graber as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Mr Graber will oversee the financial operations of the financial information and services company that operates the US marketplace for unlisted securities.

Mr Graber comes to Pink OTC Markets with over 15 years experience in the securities and finance industry. He most recently served as the CFO for Quadriserv which operates a trading platform for the securities lending industry.

Prior to working at Quadriserv, Mr Graber was managing director for corporate controller and vice president of finance at LaBranche & Co. Previously, he spent three years in the Controller’s Group at Lehman Brothers and two years as a public accountant for Arthur Andersen.
