Oak Street Funding, an Indiana-based provider of commercial financing for insurance agencies, has appointed Dennis Trent as COO.
In his role, Trent will lead operations at Oak Street and will assist in positioning the company for future growth and business lines.
Trent brings to Oak Street more than 30 years of executive leadership experience that spans across sales, operations, compliance, quality control, project management, technology, and training.
He also has experience in strategic and tactical planning, production dynamics, process improvement, and cost analysis.
Prior to joining Oak Street Funding, Trent held a variety of management and strategic positions including vice president, straight through processing at OneAmerica, president at White Hall Business Solutions, and COO of both Ace Holding Company and Oak Street Mortgage as well as executive vice president of operations at Banc One Financial Services.
Oak Street Funding president and CEO Rick Dennen said adding Dennis to their team brings a depth of knowledge and experience in a variety of key areas that will allow them to meet some new opportunities that exist in their industry.
