Northern Rock, a specialized lender, has announced that Laurie Adams has joined the board as a non-executive director, effective upon him obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority under its approved persons regime.
Mr Adams is a director and major shareholder of Siblu Holdings, a holiday parc operator. He was formerly a managing director and global head of Legal & Compliance for the investment banking wholesale division of ABN Amro Bank.
