North State Bank has deployed nCino's Bank Operating System to centralize and automate the commercial loan process and enhance overall borrower experience.

North State Bank was established in 2000 and has been committed to offering its customers an experience that is based on relationship, not just on transactions. nCino’s Bank Operating System enhances that philosophy for commercial lending, providing a new level of automation for North State’s bankers to improve time management, shifting resources to even more meaningful customer interactions.

The Bank has gained a single, secure cloud-based platform, built on Salesforce.com, that combines customer relationship management (CRM), loan origination, workflow, enterprise content management, business process management and instant reporting. Since going live with nCino, the Bank has experienced a reduction in paper intensive processes, faster loan turnaround and a decrease in exceptions.

As North State Bank looks to introduce additional functionality from the nCino platform, its next focus will be on providing customers with enhanced transparency. The Bank will soon be live with nCino’s Customer Portal, a secure customer engagement solution that streamlines document collection and account maintenance while facilitating complete transparency throughout the loan lifecycle. Through this two-way portal, customers can easily view their loan’s progress, communicate with North State Bank team members, and securely track and upload documents, adding a new level of convenience and confidence.
