National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has set up a centralized corporate banking service center in Kuwait City for corporate banking group clients.
According to NBK, the new corporate service center will serve corporate clients along with the existing service centers available in some of the branches.
The center will execute several non-cash transactions like processing KD telex transfers, KD cheques, term deposits, account to account transfers, demand drafts, payment orders, as well as other value added services.
NBK corporate banking group GM Mazin Saad Al Nahedh said that the center aims to provide several banking services to its customers.
“This will help in the operational efficiency of the business and will provide better and faster customer services,” Nahedh said.
