Morgan Stanley Investment Management has made portfolio management changes for Asia-Pacific Fund. The fund is managed by the Emerging Markets Equity team. The team consists of portfolio managers and analysts.

Current members of the team jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the fund’s portfolio are James Cheng and Arthur Pollock.

Mr Cheng is a managing director of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Company (MSIM Company), a sub-adviser to the Fund, and has been associated with MSIM Company in an investment management capacity since July 2006 and joined the team managing the Fund in July 2006.

Prior to July 2006, Mr Cheng worked in an investment management capacity at

Invesco Asia, Asia Strategic Investment Management and Munich Re Asia Capital Management.

Mr Pollock is an executive director of Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM Limited), a sub-adviser to the Fund, and has been associated with MSIM in an investment management capacity since 1999 and joined the team managing the Fund in May 2010.
