US investment bank Morgan Stanley is to create up to 300 new jobs at its Glasgow site as it expands its private wealth management and institutional securities services operations.
<p>The new staff will bring the bank's Scottish workforce up to almost 1,800, including the staff at Goldfish, the firm's recent credit card business acquisition. The roles will include financial and operational managers and analysts.<br /><br />Scotland's governing body, the Scottish Executive, is providing GBP3.2 million in regional assistance for the expansion.</p>
