Morgan Stanley will use Yext platform to develop and manage financial advisors’ business pages and presence across maps, apps, search engines, voice assistants and other intelligent services to enhance prospecting success.

Yext stated that its artificial-intelligence-ready data structure can offer Morgan Stanley in developing and relating important information about its  network of individual financial advisors, advisory teams and branches.

Yext claims that its Knowledge Engine can power more than 15,000 advisor websites. It will maximize the advisor sites’ visibility in search, integrating with CRM, event management, and other capabilities.

It will also offer conversational AI via voice assistants and chatbots to provide direct, accurate answers about Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors for enhanced customer experience.

Yext founder and CEO Howard Lerman said: “AI-powered services have transformed the way people search for financial services, making it vital for financial advisors to provide direct answers everywhere consumers are looking.

“We’re proud to put Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors in control of the facts about them online, so that they can easily provide accurate answers to complex consumer questions and win more business.”

As per Yext, Morgan Stanley can quickly engage with their clients and prospects in moment’s notice, thanks to the current page design on the front end and by deploying Yext Knowledge Engine at their backend Pages.

Morgan Stanley wealth management chief digital officer Naureen Hassan said: “A sophisticated digital presence is an absolutely critical component of a potential clients’ shopping process.

“In fact, 62% of respondents to a recent survey said that online information is influential to who they hire as a Financial Advisor.”
