Lloyds TSB Middle East, part of Lloyds Banking Group, has expanded its banking operations in the region by opening a new customer service center in Jebel Ali Free Zone, UAE.

According to Lloyds TSB Middle East, the new customer service center will offer access to three dedicated relationship managers who will be on-hand to answer queries and to give financial advice. They will also be able to provide information about the suite of products the bank offers.

Vivek Vohra, head of corporate banking at Lloyds TSB Middle East, said: “Jebel Ali Free Zone is a commercial hub and home to nearly 6,000 companies, many of whom are our customers. In response to their needs, and as a result of predicted growth in the area, it is important for us to have an established

physical presence to support and develop key relationships.”
