Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) has hired Gabriel Brenna as head of private banking division and as a member of the group executive management as well as the board of management.

Brenna worked for the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company in several capacities in Zurich and London since the beginning of 2005.

Most recently, Brenna worked as a partner and as head of Swiss private banking and risk management at McKinsey.

LLB chairman of the board of directors Hans-Werner Gassner said, "With Gabriel Brenna, we have found a proven leader to give shape to the further development of our Private Banking on the basis of an extensive conceptual and strategic record."

LLB, with 1,123 employees, is represented in Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria, and in Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai.

As of 31 December 2011, the LLB managed client assets totalling CHF48.1bn.
