The Korea Exchange Bank will introduce a debit card and an automated teller machine card for its foreign clients.

The Korea Herald quoted the bank as saying that ‘Rainbow Account’ and the ‘Rainbow Debit Card’ will be available for foreign clients aged over 18 years.

Depending on the client’s monthly usage, the bank is will offer exemption from commissions for cash withdrawals and internet and mobile transactions.

When client will use the card to pay subway, bus and other public transportation fees, they will receive a 5% point reward, according to the news paper.

The subscribers will also receive up to a KRW2,000 discount on their monthly mobile phone fees, for the first six months.
