State charted commercial firm Intracoastal Bank has added a number of banking platforms from Fiserv namely, Mobiliti, ATM Source Capture, LinkLive Banking and AccountCreate.
The new technologies will enable the bank to carry out opertions such as mobile banking, ATM check capture, instant messaging and online account opening.
Intracoastal Bank chief financial officer Cheryl Tanenbaum said, "Fiserv solutions enable our bank to offer integrated, easy-to-use services, whether a customer is in a banking center, online, at a remote location or on their smartphone."
Other Fiserv technologies already in use with the bank include Retail Online and Business Online, CheckFree RXP for bill payment, Popmoney for person-to-person payments and Merchant Source Capture.
US based Fiserv caters account processing services, electronic bill payment and presentment for financial institutions, serving over 55 million consumers.
Intracoastal Bank caters to the Northeast and East Central Florida region, and delivers a suite of deposit and loan products to meet the needs of customers and the community.
