Arkansas-based IBERIABANK Mortgage Company has selected MRG Document Technologies' Miracle Online platform for its mortgage document preparation needs.
Miracle Online is a browser-based mortgage document preparation and delivery system that provides lenders with documents and disclosures vetted by an in-house team of compliance attorneys and experts.
MRG claims that its solution will enable IBERIABANK Mortgage to meet full legal compliance in all upfront disclosure packages, as well as mortgage loan closing packages. It will enable the bank to electronically deliver compliant mortgage document packages to multiple locations at any time.
