HSBC Bank USA has opened a new full-service branch in Vienna, Virginia. The addition of the new branch extends bank's Mid-Atlantic branch network to 13 branches.

The new branch operating initially with a staff of eight locally employed banking professionals, provides a full range of financial services to both businesses and individuals including Premier, HSBC’s global personal banking service. This offers international recognition, worldwide support, wealth management, insurance, mortgages, credit card, access to a relationship manager and ‘Global View,’ an online service which allows customers to access and manage all of their international Premier accounts in one place.

Hong Pham, branch manager, is a career banker with over 25 years professional experience in and around the Washington DC area. The new team at the branch will be able to serve customers in Korean, Vietnamese, Portuguese and Urdu as well as English.

Aimee Daniels, Mid-Atlantic regional president at HSBC Bank USA, said: “Vienna, with its strong international connections, was the obvious place in which to enhance our Mid-Atlantic branch network.”

HSBC Bank USA is the principal subsidiary of HSBC USA, an indirectly-held, wholly-owned subsidiary of HSBC North America Holdings.
