Hidenet Ventures, a publicly traded venture fund, has acquired a 20% interest in OTCBB Global, a micro-cap stock quotation company.
OTCBB Global, currently in the development stage, is a stock quotation service which offers real time level 2 quotes to companies listed on its proprietary worldwide exchange.
The company offers quotation information as well as detailed corporate profiles to all listed stocks on a subscriber basis, free of charge to investors.
Hidenet Ventures CEO Tony Beyer said that OTCBB Global will be a state of the art stock quotation service, with a trading platform that is second to none for micro-caps and whose service is priced at the lower end of the market.
“We strongly believe that they will challenge any small to micro cap service currently in business and will dominate the market in a short period of time,” Beyer said.
