Iowa-based Heartland Bank has selected Integrated Bank Technology's (IBT) Integrated Bank Environment (IBE) with its integrated suite of products utilizing a single data base silo that includes integrated image teller, document imaging, and a host of other programs.
IBT said that with the deployment of IBE, the Heartland Bank will be able to eliminate old branch capture system and bring everything into a ‘Real Time’ environment.
Heartland Bank president Kevin Black said that going to the bank and making a deposit then immediately having access to those funds through other channels is functionality customers wanted and we will be able to accomplish with IBT’s integrated platform.
“Our also customers wanted a receipt with every transaction. Since so many of our customers are farmers or business who depend on those receipts for their bookkeeping, this was a feature we insisted be included, and IBT responded with the commitment to provide just that,” Black said.
