Halifax, a division of Bank of Scotland, has launched new Halifax Plus credit card.
Halifax Plus credit card features 0% for 13 months on balance transfers and 0% for six months on purchases. The card also provides cover against online fraud when purchasing on the internet and no annual fee is charged. The average credit cardholder could save in excess of GBP114.
Ken Stannard, head of card services unit at Halifax, said: Once again Halifax is offering the most competitive credit card deal on the high street. For many, New Year is a time to organize their finances and by consolidating more expensive debt, such as store cards on to a new Halifax Plus credit card, the average credit cardholder could save well in excess of GBP100.
