Guaranty Bank, a subsidiary of Guaranty Federal Bancshares, has appointed Brad Farris its Mortgage Center residential lender.
In his new position with the bank, Farris will be responsible for business development and customer service related to the bank’s full line of mortgage loan products in southwest Missouri.
Farris will join from Farris Mortgage, a mortgage company he started in 1993. He will continue to serve his mortgage customers from his office in Springfield. The office will operate under the new name of Guaranty Bank Mortgage Center.
In additional, three other Farris Mortgage employees will also be joining Guaranty Bank’s Mortgage Center, including residential lender Christina Campbell Winters.
Winters worked for Farris Mortgage for 12 years and has over 15 years of experience as a residential lender.
