FirstCaribbean International Bank has entered into a partnership with Sybase 365, a subsidiary of Sybase, a global provider of mobile messaging and mobile commerce services, to provide its customers with mobile banking services.

The new mobile banking offering is powered by the Sybase mBanking 365 platform, giving customers access to multiple banking functions using SMS.

The free mobile banking service allows FirstCaribbean customers to conduct bank transactions over their mobile device. Customers will be able to check account balances, get balance alerts, transfer money, and monitor recent transactions. Moreover, the additional features will be introduced in the future.
