New York online account management service provider Manilla has teamed up with Fifth Third Bank to offer its digital services including paperless statements and notifications to the bank’s customers.

The partnership will enable the bank to offer new features and improved customer engagement.

The bank’s consumers can avail all household accounts and services including financial, utilities, subscriptions, daily deals through Manilla and the Android and iOS mobile applications.

Under a single password, the provider offers customers an automated, organized view of all of their account information, text and email reminders to pay bills, renew expiring subscriptions and manages daily deals, all with unlimited storage and seamless document retrieval.

A study conducted by the management service provider shows that 82% of users found it helpful to have their financial institution available through Manilla.

Fifth Third Bancorp has $117bn in assets and manages 15 affiliates with 1,315 full-service banking centers, including 105 Bank Mart locations open seven days a week inside select grocery stores and 2,404 ATMs.
