Estonian Toronto Credit Union (ETCU) has selected Chilldor's text banking application to make mobile banking service options available to its customers.
Chilldor’s mobile banking solution enables banking customers to have instant access to their bank account(s), wherever they happen to be.
Text banking lets customers query balances, transfer funds between multiple account types, detect fraud using text alerts on account activity as well as choose their preferred interface language.
Chilldor president Ove Kask said in addition to convenience, the mobile banking service helps with fraud detection by sending text messages that are triggered by account activity.
“Now banking customers are instantly notified when money is withdrawn or transferred to and from their accounts and joint accounts registered with the service. Customers find a real peace of mind in knowing that all account activity is brought to their attention instantly,” Kask said.
Chilldor offers mobile banking, marketing and custom mobile solutions to corporate customers in Canada and the US.
