The software-as-a-service (SaaS) suite selected by Encentus includes Virtual Branch® for online banking, Mobiliti™ for mobile banking, AccountCreate for online account opening, Mobile Source Capture for mobile deposits, Loancierge for lending automation and eFichency for document archiving. All of the integrated surround solutions can be managed through the Portico core platform.

Fiserv Credit Union Solutions president Mark Sievewright said: “Efficient services, innovative technology and strong leadership are key enablers of success for progressive credit unions like Encentus.

“Fiserv is committed to delivering best-in-class results for Encentus and enabling them to better serve members.”

Encentus was established in 1970, and currently has more than $28 million in assets and more than 4,700 members. The credit union exclusively served employees of St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa until 2009, when its field of membership expanded to all medical professionals and their immediate family members in Northeastern Oklahoma.

By partnering with Fiserv, Encentus will gain enhanced access to leading-edge technology to drive growth and nurture member relationships.

Fiserv is the US market leader in account processing services, and more than one-third of U.S. financial institutions rely on Fiserv for account processing solutions and expertise.

Portico is built on a service-oriented, open architecture framework, which enables credit unions to integrate solutions from Fiserv and other vendors with greater ease and speed.
