Embrace Home Loans, a direct lender for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, has opened a new branch in Waldorf, Maryland.
The Waldorf branch will provide the entire loan process from application to closing. The branch will offer conventional, FHA and VA loan products as well as VHDA and USDA programs.
The new branch will be managed by Frank Nesbit, who has more than 12 years of mortgage branch management experience.
Vice president Joe Beacher who also oversees the Wilmington, Delaware branch, will oversee the Waldorf branch. He has more than 15 years of industry experience.
Embrace Home Loans CEO and founder Dennis Hardiman said that Southern Maryland is a growing community supported by a thriving employment market in government, government contracts and the military, including the Andrew Air Force Base and Patuxent Navel Air Station.
“The Waldorf branch has already assisted many in this flourishing community in affordably financing their homes, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with this talented team as they move into the future,” Hardiman said.
