Deutsche Bank names new head of New York Research Sales

Deutsche Bank has named Marcelo Pizzimbono as new managing director and head of New York Research Sales within the bank’s Markets division, reporting to Brett Burns, head of US cash equity sales.

Pizzimbono will join Deutsche Bank from Goldman Sachs, where he spent 10 years, most recently as a managing director in US equity sales.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Pizzimbono worked at JP Morgan covering Latin American equities.

“We are excited to have Marcelo join our team to further strengthen our US equities business. His deep client driven focus will be an asset as he leads our New York Research Sales team,” Burns said.
