Deutsche Bank Securities, the investment banking and securities arm of Deutsche Bank, has hired two new executives in the firm's global markets division, as part of it's ongoing expansion in US cash equities business.

Tim Hooper has joined the division’s institutional client group as a managing director and head of Southeast US cash equity sales. Stacey Biggers joined as a vice president in cash equity sales.

Mr Hooper will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, and will report to Derek Capanna, managing director and co-global head of cash equity sales. In his new role, he will manage the firm’s Southeast cash equity sales team, including Texas.

Mr Hooper joins from JP Morgan, where he was a managing director responsible for the Southeast and Texas regions. He joins held institutional equity sales roles in Georgia, Texas, and Florida throughout his career.

Ms Biggers, based in Dallas, Texas, will report to Mr Hooper. She joins from JP Morgan’s Dallas office, where she was responsible for institutional equity sales.
