Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM) has named Carlos Arrizurieta as managing director and private banker for its US Private Bank.

The German lender said that Arrizurieta will manage wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families and will report to Chip Packard, managing director and head of Deutsche Bank’s US Private Bank, Eastern Region.

Arrizurieta, who has more than 25 years of banking experience, specializes in investment management, asset allocation, capital markets, trust and estate planning, structured finance and liquidity management.

At Citi Private Bank, Arrizurieta acted as managing director and senior private banker and prior to Citi, he held private banker positions with Bank of America and Northern Trust Bank, Deutsche Bank said.

Rachel Garcia will also join the team as vice president and private banker from Citi Private Bank.
