Deutsche Bank has been appointed as depositary bank for the Nasdaq listed American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program of Bona Film Group.

Bona Film is a privately owned film distributor in China. It distributes domestic films among all privately owned film distributors in China. Since its inception in November 2003, Bona Film has distributed 139 films, including 29 films internationally.
