Credit Agricole Egypt (CAE), a subsidiary of France-based Credit Agricole, has opened Kafr Abdou branch in Alexandria, thus reaching to a total of 14 new branches opened in one year.

Strategically located across Egypt, this expansion marks the opening of the first branches in Banha, Tanta, Damietta, Qena, Suez and Sadat City.

CAE plans also include the opening of four new branches in Greater Cairo and three branches in Alexandria. The 14 new branches are equipped with the latest banking facilities and designed to facilitate faster transactions.

Henri Guillemin, MD of CAE, said: “We are delighted by our rapid expansion across Egypt and are confident that our commitment to providing convenient services, products and accessibility will increase the size of our customer base.

“Our growth strategy will allow us to provide our clientele with an unprecedented level of services, thus enhancing their banking experiences. Furthermore, we believe that our branch expansion across Egypt will also create new jobs, thus capitalizing on our commitment to serving the Egyptian economy.”
