CorpBanca, a bank holding company, has announced that Enrique Perez is resigning as its CFO to pursue other interests.
The bank said that now it is focusing on finding a successor to take Mr Perez’s place. Mr Perez said that he will continue as the CFO of the bank during the transitional period until mid-February 2008.
Mario Chamorro, CEO, said: Enrique has made valuable contributions to the bank during his time as CFO, we appreciate his dedication to CorpBanca and we wish him well.
