Commerce Bank, a subsidiary of Commerce Bancshares, has joined Viewpointe exchange for check image exchange transfers by becoming a Pointe2Pointe with Internet connectivity customer. Viewpointe is a provider of check image exchange and archive services.

According to Viewpointe, implementing Pointe2Pointe with Internet connectivity allows Commerce Bank to conduct check image exchange efficiently and cost effectively.

Pointe2Pointe enables financial institutions to safely send and receive electronic check images between Viewpointe customers, eliminating the time and expense associated with paper transfers.
