Citibank Gold Visa and MasterCard holders, and Visa Platinum cardholders, will be the first in the Philippines to enjoy a premium concierge service, the US banking group has revealed.

At the launch of the new service, Jenny Lacerna, Citibank’s vice president for cards marketing said the upsized concierge offering continues Citibank’s tradition of innovation in card holder services.

Our Platinum card holders have long enjoyed the privilege of round-the-clock access to concierge services. With this new move we are extending the range of support offers and also making them available to our Gold card holders.

The Premium Concierge Service includes access to the following:

Referral and Reservation Services – Referral and reservation assistance for hotels, dining establishments, salons and car rentals.

Delivery and Messenger Services – Flower and gift delivery, courier service and messenger service assistance.

Personal Services – Personal business service help, personal shopping, travel and event planning assistance.
