Global finance giant Citibank has launched a new service, Citibank Reload, which will enable the bank's credit card holders to reload their prepaid cell phone accounts by simply sending a request text message to Citibank.
Citibank has also introduced an auto enrollment service, along with lower payment denomination features. As a result, Citibank cardholders can reload Globe and Sun mobile phone accounts with payment amounts as low as PHP100.
The new minimum payment for Smart mobile phone subscribers is PHP115. The previous reload limits were PHP300, PHP500 and PHP1,000.
Furthermore, Citibank cardholders also have the option to select an automatic reload service, enabling them to make as many as five transactions per month for either PHP100/PHP115, PHP300, PHP500 or PHP1,000, thus, providing greater convenience and flexibility.
