BNP Paribas Securities Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas Group, will appoint Patrick Colle as CEO effective from May 2010. Mr colle joined BNP Paribas Securities Services in 2006 and has been head of BNP Paribas Securities Services' UK business since March 2008.

Mr Colle has over 24 years of experience in the industry, of which four within BNP Paribas Securities Services. As head of the UK business, he has led BNP Paribas Securities Services’ development in this key financial centre. Prior to this, he was at JPMorgan Chase which he joined in 1986 and where he held several positions in cash management, securities clearing and custody in Paris and New York before becoming global head of ADRs in London in 2001.

Mr d’Estais will remain chairman of BNP Paribas Securities Services. James McAleenan will replace Mr Colle as head of the UK business, pending FSA approval. Mr McAleenan is currently CEO at BNP Paribas Securities Services UK.
