BGL BNP Paribas, a member of the France-based BNP Paribas group, has launched mobile banking solution in Luxembourg. The application is designed to work with iPhone, BlackBerry and smartphones operating under Windows Mobile.
The mobile version of the bank’s web banking lets clients consult account balances and transactions, order transfers, track securities portfolios and it also allows to conduct simulations for personal loans from their mobile phone.
BGL BNP Paribas said that the mobile phone banking solution is compatible with LuxTrust security systems (both Token and SMS).
Also available: CashPoints, a free iPhone application that identifies the nearest cash distributor for users anywhere in Luxembourg, along with a list of all BGL BNP Paribas branch offices, including address, map and opening hours.
