Barclays Wealth, a global wealth manager, has strengthened its presence in Italy with the opening of a new office in Rome.

The new Barclays Wealth office will target ultra high net worth individuals in Rome and in central/southern Italy. The office will be shared with Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank, with which Barclays Wealth has developed major synergies for the benefit of its clients.

Barclays Wealth offers a fully integrated wealth management service from basic transactional banking to complex wealth structuring, investment management and brokerage backed by the depth and experience of the Barclays Group.

Through close ties with Barclays Capital and Barclays Corporate the business can provide entrepreneurs and business owners a bespoke 360 degree banking solution.
