Barclays Wealth has appointed Pheabe Chau as the new head of investment specialists for Singapore, effective immediately.
In her role with Barclays Wealth, Ms Chau will oversee a team of investment specialists based in Singapore, and will report to Thomas Fekete, the global head of investment specialists and the interim head of investment specialists in Asia.
Ms Chau was most recently the senior vice president of investment advisory at RBS Coutts Bank, responsible for setting up investment advisory services for the bank’s private banking joint venture with Bank of China in Beijing and Shanghai.
